After trying the PSLF Help Tool there are partners who offer excellent and free 1:1 support. But you must try the Help Tool first to see where you stand. Availability is limited.
NYC Financial Empowerment Centers provide one-on-one counseling. Visit nyc.gov/TalkMoney or call 311 and say "Financial Counseling.”
The Education Debt Consumer Assistance Program supports all NY State residents via webinars, email, phone, and 1:1 counseling. Edcapny.org, 888-614-5004, edcap@cssny.org
The Institute of Student Loan Advisors offers free email support to anyone in the USA.
